Provine High School is a public school in Jackson, Mississippi. It is part of the Jackson Public School District. Provine High School, also called "Ram City" serves students in grades 9–12 in the West Jackson area. Students from subdivisions such as Northwest Hills Terrace, The Queens, Country Club Hills, and Westchester Hills attend the school. The principal of Provine High School is Laketia Marshall-Thomas and assistant principals are Mrs. Angela Givhan , Mr. Henderson, and Mr. Brodewick Cochran. Provine High School is located in the western quadrant of Jackson at 2400 Robinson Street. For the past fifty-one years, Provine High School has served the constituency of the West Jackson community through its various academic and non-academic programs and activities. Provine boasts of having several extracurricular offerings for students, which have placed the school on a par with the best schools in the state.
